My boyfriend and I wanted a peaceful, relaxing weekend getaway to the mountains,   and this was the perfect place! The location of the resort was beautiful, the room was exactly as pictured, and the town was quaint and adorable, with plenty of local places to eat and shop nearby! The thing that stood out the most was our host, Jonathan, he was excellent! He was extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area, and you can that tell he truly cares. He gave us all of the information we needed without having to ask, including a guide book of the area and its local gems, and he was very happy to help with anything we needed during our time there!  All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and will absolutely be booking again soon!

We had an amazing stay! The place was nicely furnished and overall very well kept. The hot tub was new and very clean and definitely a highlight! The area is very calm and peaceful! Would recommend!

JD was a great host. Very proactive and responsive making check-in simple and seamless. Despite some cold & rainy weather, the amenities like the hot tub were still able to be enjoyed.  This spot on Big Bass Lake is definitely one I would hope to get back to!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space felt very welcoming and had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing trip. The host was great with communication, very responsive, and made the whole process easy from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect for a quiet getaway. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

JD was great, attentive to any questions I had and checked-in regularly to make sure we were doing okay. Would highly recommend his place, stunning location, and close enough to everything you might need. The kitchen was a plus! There’s a Shoprite and Walmart we visited during our time there to buy groceries to cook at home. If you’re looking for a getaway this is definitely worth looking into!

Great stay overall! Everything was wonderful and we really appreciated the wine that was waiting for us when we arrived — such a nice touch. The place was very clean and stocked with all the accessories and essentials you’d typically need, which made the stay really comfortable. The campfires were adorable and such a fun feature, and the general store is a great idea. The only small things we noticed were that there was only one roll of toilet paper provided and the general store was out of water, so that could use a quick replenishment. Overall, a really nice spot and we had a great time!

We had a great stay! There were 13 of us (8 adults and the rest kids) and the house fit us perfectly with plenty of bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the decor was beautiful. It felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. We also loved the huge windows facing the back deck and the woods It felt really private. The hosts were very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. The game room was a huge hit and there were so many games to choose from. We also had a great time doing karaoke, which both the kids and adults loved. It was the perfect getaway and we would definitely stay again.

The airbnb was a fantastic find and the place was spacious, clean, and stocked with all the things we needed. Our bride had a wonderful time and the decor of the house perfectly complemented our theme “last trail before the veil”. The beds were so comfy and the games included were so fun, especially the pool table! The parking lot was spacious enough to accommodate all our cars (we had 8 small/medium cars total). We especially loved the big table we could sit around and there was good lounging space all around the place. Only thing was, Google maps leads you to another address at first, but it was only two streets off and was easy to find regardless. All in all, our trip wouldn’t have been so perfect without the host’s thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had such an amazing stay here! The house was exactly as described — super clean, comfortable, and honestly even better in person. The place is HUGE and was absolutely perfect for our big group. Everyone had plenty of space and it made the whole weekend so comfortable and fun. Our host was also incredibly accommodating the entire time. They were very understanding and flexible when we had to make changes to the reservation it made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Communication was great throughout the whole stay and all the instructions were very clear, which made check-in and check-out super smooth. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience. We’re so grateful for such a great stay and for such a wonderful host. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a bigger group. We’d definitely love to come back again! 😊

Ryan was an incredible host right from the moment I booked his home. His communication is amazing, extremely polite, professional, accommodating and helpful. The home is absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean, all the amenities you’d need. Private, peaceful and extremely relaxing. I would, without a doubt, plan another trip here. I honestly cannot say enough about Ryan and his home. It was such an awesome weekend and everything was perfect from the very beginning.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. From the beginning Jonathan was responsive, attentive, and friendly! This house is newly remodeled, clean, and cozy. The view in winter from all of the windows and deck is BEAUTIFUL! The hottub was clean and so easy to use. The location was central in the poconos and was a short drive from Jim Thorpe. We would absolutely stay here again. We loved our private getaway at this Airbnb!
